No, this is separate and independent from the Microsoft CSP programs. CloudTitan, with guidance from Microsoft, has developed this program to enable service providers to add Matter Center to a customers Office 365 subscriptions and bill on a month-to-month basis. This allows you to maintain and control the billing relationship with your customer.
Yes, Matter Center for Office 365 requires the end customer to have either an E3 or E5 subscription.
Yes, you will be entering into a partnership between your company and CloudTitan. However, there is no annual contract required. Once you are signed up as a CloudTitan partner, you can terminate the partnership at any time.
You will control the pricing you offer to your customer.
There are no set-up fees, up-front investments or minimum revenue requirements.
You have the ability to set your own pricing to your customer. As an CloudTitan partner participating in this program, you will have access to wholesale pricing. Volume commitment pricing is available. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
You bill your clients. And you decide how much to charge your clients and how often to bill them. CloudTitan bills you on month-to-month terms. We prorate your charges on the way in, but not on the way out. Also, with CloudTitan there are no Office 365 user or dollar minimums and no cancellation fees.
You would continue to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for your customers and be the primary contact. You will have the full support of CloudTitan 24/7 for any escalation beyond Tier 1 and 2 support calls.
Yes, as a channel partner you will receive: partner control panel to add / remove / modify clients; a Channel Sales Advisor; on-boarding consultation for quick-start program launch; partner portal access sales tools; quarterly business reviews and more.
Yes, all partners will have: a welcome kit; regular updates on feature updates and promotions; support for white label or co-branding collateral.
Yes. You will have access to sales and marketing materials to support your Matter Center sales efforts. CloudTitan also has resources to work with your marketing team to refine your sales collateral and messaging.
